Please provide us with the details of the event you are seeking volunteers for.
Note that the Post Code is used to identify the region for the event.
Please provide details of the person a volunteers should contact should they be willing to work at this event.
In addition to providing information for volunteer staff we are also attempting to provide a general festival listing. It is our intention to allow our users to rate your festival in six different categories. However, until our developers can find sufficient time to donate to the project we are going to give you the opportunity to rate your own festival.

In submitting this form I declare that I have read and understood the information on this form and that the information I have supplied is accurate to the best of my knowledge. This form asks us (the Folk Task Force) to add your event to the list of festivals recruiting experienced volunteers. Interested volunteers will contact the person given in the contact details.
The information given here will be held on computer in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The details will be made available to the Folk Task Force membership and the general public in order to promote both the Folk Task Force and your event.
